  4. Do they develop and maintain their own service infrastructure?  Inquire about their Cloud services.
  5. Will an IT specialist be on-site within 24 hours if an issue cannot be fixed remotely?
  6. Does the provider conduct scheduled network maintenance, plus software and security updates? What security measures can we expect?
  7. Discuss policies for services provided, including term, notice requirements and service levels.
  8. Do they provide a strategic IT network Infrastructure audit for short, medium and long-term?
  9. How many technicians does the IT support company have in-house? What are their qualifications and experience?
  10. What technology has the IT Support Company invested in to support its clients? 
  11. Ask if you can speak to the company’s existing clients or obtain references
  12. Finally and most important, do you feel that the IT Support Company understands your business and can handle your changes and expansion needs easily and professionally?
