We are very excited to change the direction of our monthly newsletter to include you, our clients, for if it wasn’t for you we wouldn’t be here today. First and foremost, we’d like to thank you for your business, our newsletter is all about informing you of what we’ve been up to each month, of latest technology news, helpful tips and tricks and so much more!

Firstly, I would like to take the time to personally welcome two of our newest members to the CopperTree family:

• Joanne Respondek, Office Manager: Joanne is responsible for handling all purchasing, bookkeeping, and marketing functions. She is an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who’s a seasoned administrative professional.
• Ryan Nguyen, Level 1 IT Support Professional: Ryan is joining our team and completing a 4 month internship with us. He is a pleasure to work with and eager to learn new systems. He’s always ready to handle all your issues.

November is already shaping up to be a busy month for us this year. We’re not only bringing on new staff members, but we’re also participating in the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce Business Expo on Tuesday, November 10^th, 2015. We will be collecting business cards again this year and donating one dollar for every card collected to a local charity.

Don’t hesitate to stop in and say hi while we’re at the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce Business Expo, and if you get a chance to work with one of our newest members, take the time to welcome them!
